The Plan Isn’t Guessed. It’s Built From Your Numbers.

This is what an assessment report looks like. Watch the Target column land, one line at a time, and the guarantee each target feeds light up. Plans that include the written report carry your rooms and your readings.

A · Room by room

How much air reaches each room, against what the room needs.

Measured at every vent before anything is proposed. The master bedroom was getting about half of what it needed. That is the room that never cooled. The plan’s target is nearly all of it.

B · The system

How much cooling the ducts lose on the way, and whether a closed door starves the room.

Leakage is tested on the whole duct system, the air temperature is read at the vent, and room pressure is tested with the door closed. The plan’s targets: air 8° colder at the vent, and a bedroom that no longer pushes its air into the attic.

C · The attic

How much heat the attic pushes into the house, and how much of it the ducts have to fight.

Insulation depth at twelve points, the wall tops where attic air gets in, and every duct rated by condition. The plan: the attic sealed and covered, and the ducts protected or replaced.

D · Written in

Every guarantee in the plan, sized from the readings, with you in the room.

The guarantees themselves are written into your plan: each target you chose, the reading it was sized from, and your signature next to ours. If a result falls short, tell us and we make it right, and the 100% Money-Back Guarantee stands behind the rest.

Every as-found line is a measurement you watched us take. Sample values are illustrative; when your plan includes the written report, it carries your rooms, your readings and your photos.

    Comfort Guarantee · Room or Whole-Home

    “The rooms in your plan hold a consistent, comfortable temperature with the thermostat at its normal setting, doors open or closed.”

    We guarantee the room(s), system or your entire home as described nearby will remain within 3°F of the thermostat set point, every day of the year measured in the center of the room 4 feet above the floor.

      1 year from the date your project is completed.

    • What the terms measure

      Room temperature against the thermostat set point, in the center of the room 4 feet above the floor. If a room falls short, tell us and we make it right.

    Guarantee

    We guarantee the room(s), system or your entire home as described nearby will remain within 3°F of the thermostat set point, every day of the year measured in the center of the room 4 feet above the floor.

    Resolution

    We will return to revise and/or rebalance your system at no cost to you.

    This guarantee is effective for 1 year from the date of completion of your project.

    Exclusions

    • Consistent Equipment Performance: Any material changes in HVAC equipment performance that have taken place since the date of our installation are excluded from this guarantee. Material changes include but are not limited to:
      • Changes in HVAC equipment performance (cooling capacity output or airflow output) outside manufacturer specifications and ratings, whether or not requiring equipment service or replacement.

    Energy Savings Guarantee

    “Your HVAC system uses less energy after our improvements, by the amount you choose.”

    Your target: how much lower should your HVAC utility costs be?

    What the guarantee says

    We guarantee your energy savings, calculated as your HVAC utility costs (electric plus gas if an AC/furnace system or electric only if a heat pump system) for (a) the 12-month period prior to our installation, less (b) the 12-month period following our installation (i.e. your “energy savings”) will equal or exceed the projected energy savings provided below.

    Projected energy savings in your plan: 30%

    • If it falls short

      We pay double the difference between your actual energy savings and the 30% projected in your plan.

    • How long

      Through one month after the utility bill that completes the 12 months following our installation.

    • What the terms measure

      Your HVAC utility costs for the 12 months before our work against the 12 months after it, as the terms describe. If the savings fall short, we pay double the difference.

    Full terms: prerequisites and exclusions

    Guarantee

    We guarantee your energy savings, calculated as your HVAC utility costs (electric plus gas if an AC/furnace system or electric only if a heat pump system) for (a) the 12-month period prior to our installation, less (b) the 12-month period following our installation (i.e. your “energy savings”) will equal or exceed the projected energy savings provided in your plan, chosen from 10% to 60% in 10% increments.

    Resolution

    We will pay double the difference between your actual energy savings and the projected energy savings provided in your plan.

    Duration

    This guarantee is effective for one month from the date of your utility bill that completes the 12-month period following our installation.

    Prerequisites

    Exclusions

    • Consistent Energy Consumption & Rates: Any material changes in energy consumption activities or rates that have taken place since the date of our installation are excluded from this guarantee. Material changes include but are not limited to:
      • New pool pumps or fountains, or changes in scheduled run time for existing pumps.
      • New electric vehicles or changes in charging for existing vehicles.
      • Changes in your average thermostat set point.
      • Changes in HVAC equipment performance (cooling capacity output, airflow output or energy efficiency) outside manufacturer specifications and ratings, whether or not requiring equipment service or replacement.
      • Changes in utility rates or fees.

    Set-Point Holdfast Guarantee

    “Your home holds its thermostat set point when the outdoor temperature reaches the level you choose.”

    Your target: the set point your home should hold

    Your target: up to what outdoor temperature?

    What the guarantee says

    We guarantee your home will be able to achieve an internal temperature at the thermostat set point defined below, up to the external temperature defined below, measured at the thermostat location.

    Defined in your plan as: 76° inside, up to 110° outside

    • If it falls short

      We return to revise your system at no cost to you.

    • How long

      1 year from the date your project is completed.

    • What the terms measure

      Indoor temperature at the thermostat against the set point, on days up to the outdoor temperature you chose. The plan is built to that load: duct protection, attic insulation and sealing, airflow.

    Guarantee

    We guarantee your home will be able to achieve an internal temperature at the thermostat set point defined in your plan, up to the external temperature defined in your plan, measured at the thermostat location.

    Resolution

    We will return to revise your system at no cost to you.

    Duration

    This guarantee is effective for 1 year from the date of completion of your project.

    Prerequisites

    • Equipment Performance: HVAC equipment performance (cooling capacity output and airflow output) is within manufacturer specifications and ratings. A 3rd party HVAC contractor may be required to service or replace equipment to ensure HVAC equipment performance is within manufacturer specifications and ratings.
    • Equipment Commissioned: Equipment commissioned with blower setting to deliver a minimum of 400 cfm/ton and refrigerant charge adjusted to within manufacturer specifications.

    • All prerequisites of the guarantees included with your purchase have been met.
    • You have given us the opportunity to achieve the resolution in the guarantees included with your purchase, including access to your home to perform additional work or do additional testing.

Honest limits

The guarantee is the target in your plan, measured the way the terms describe.

Typical results we quote elsewhere, such as leakage cut by 80 to 90 percent or air 6 to 9 degrees colder at the vent, are typical results from our jobs, not promises for yours. Your promise is the target written into your plan. We don’t sell or service HVAC equipment, so the equipment itself is not covered, and each guarantee’s terms say what has to be in place for it to apply.

Your assessment report with every reading, the photos and thermal images, your targets and their terms in writing, the 20-year labor workmanship warranty on file. If a number drifts years from now, the assessment report is the baseline we come back to.

20-Year Labor Workmanship Limited Warranty

Scope of Coverage

We warrant to you that all installation work provided on your project shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, by workers who are appropriately trained and experienced in the work being performed, and in accordance with all requirements of the contract documents, industry standards, and applicable codes and regulations in effect as of the date of installation.

Duration

This Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of installation.

Remedy

We will repair or replace, at no cost to you, any component or installation deemed to be defective due to workmanship within the warranty period.

Claim Process

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty:

  • Contact us within thirty (30) days of discovering a defect.
  • Provide proof of purchase and installation, including the original invoice and any relevant documentation.
  • Allow our representative to inspect the installation work and confirm the defect.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Manufacturer defects in materials or equipment.

Warranty Transfer

This Limited Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of your home if your home is sold during the Limited Warranty period. To transfer this Limited Warranty, the new owner must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the transfer of ownership, providing proof of the sale and the new owner’s contact information.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any component or installation deemed to be defective due to workmanship. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the installation work.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the installation work was performed.

Do I have to take all four guarantees?
No. Which guarantees go into your plan, and how big each target is, is decided with you. A plan can carry one, several or all of them. The 100% Money-Back Guarantee stands behind whichever ones you choose.
Who sets the targets?
You do, from the assessment’s findings. Which rooms, how much lower your HVAC energy costs should be, what set point your home should hold and up to what outdoor temperature. Each target is written into your plan, and the plan is built to it.
What happens if a result falls short?
Each guarantee says exactly what we do. Comfort and Set-Point Holdfast: we return and revise or rebalance your system at no cost to you. Energy Savings: we pay double the difference between your actual savings and the savings projected in your plan. If we still can’t make it right, the 100% Money-Back Guarantee refunds the full purchase price.
How are energy savings measured without promising a dollar figure?
By the HVAC share of your utility costs, as the terms describe: the 12 months before our work against the 12 months after it, as a percentage you chose from 10% to 60%. Typical ranges we quote elsewhere are typical, not your promise; your promise is the percentage in your plan.
Is my air conditioner or furnace covered?
No. We don’t sell or service HVAC equipment, so the equipment itself is not covered, and each guarantee’s terms list what has to be in place for it to apply, including equipment that performs the way its manufacturer says it should. If your equipment needs work, we tell you, and we tell you what the ducts and attic need so the equipment has a chance.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my home?
Yes. The 20-year labor workmanship warranty transfers to the new owner when they let us know in writing within 30 days of the sale, with proof of the sale and their contact details. The full warranty text is on this page.
What do I actually have in hand when the job is done?
Your plan with your targets and their terms in writing, the photos of the finished work, and the warranty on file. When your plan includes the written assessment report, you keep every reading and thermal image too, and when it includes verification testing, the after-readings sit beside the as-found ones. Either way, the measurements we took are the baseline we come back to if a number drifts years from now.
