I had Luis Z to help facilitate the placement of my new return. He worked seamlessly with the Asbestos Abatement company. We ran into a snag with my old home and some drywall supports in the attic. He was able to quickly problem solve with the other company to get a resolution. I trust KOTA with my home and to do the right thing. This is the 3rd time I have had KOTA in my home (Cody, Tony, Luis). They are always professional. They look professional. They keep me in the loop of what’s going on. They are respectful of my property and cleaning up after themselves. This is a company I trust. We did the free estimate from KotA (our agent was Cody) and were very happy with the thorough information, response time, and proposal. We ultimately decided to go a different direction, but still think highly of the company and would recommend them to our fellow homeowners here in the valley.
