This company had so many good reviews all over the Internet. I was hurting to wonder if they were real! I took a chance on them and I am so glad I did. They deserve one of those good reviews! Fantastic Customer Service everybody was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The sales side of things were not pushy at all. They’re there to work with you and find out what is best for your house and what will fit in your budget with financing plans available if you choose but again nothing was forced on me. They did wonderful work and I would definitely use them again.

Working with Knights of the Attics was a great experience. They definitely know what they are doing. Had multiple contractors come out over the years trying to resolve why one of our rooms is hotter than the others. Nick the technician was the only tech who actually found out the root cause of the issue. He gave us multiple options and Kelly from the office worked with us to find what solutions fit our budget. It was awesome because we were able to take their recommendations and do one item at a time due to budget. No pressure just a team that worked with us to make sure we were comfortable in our home and the process. Ended up having insulation blown into a room that had none. The guys that came out were super nice, showed us before and after pictures and cleaned up afterwards. Since they have left we immediately have seen an improvement in the comfort in that room. Thanks Guys!! Highly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend Knights of the Attic. The whole experience, start to finish, was nothing short of exceptional.Every crew member went above and beyond, including the office coordinators. Great communication, excellent customer service, and outstanding execution. They made sure everything was done correctly, even if it meant additional work or rework.Everyone on Team 2 was very respectful, courteous, and tidy too which is rare these days.At one point, some oil from an insulation can spilled on the driveway (accidents happen), but the commissioning representative came prepared with concrete cleaner and removed the stain completely.My only friction point, if I had to pick one, was not receiving the final email with the commissioning representative’s pictures and results. Not a big deal, but I would have liked having that information for my records.Overall, KOTA is a great service provider and an investment worth every penny for a well functioning and efficient HVAC system. They transformed a severely underperforming system into one that keeps my home very comfortable while using energy efficiently.

We hired knights of the attic to insulate our ductwork. They did a great job. I liked the product they offered compared to other contractors because the method sealed and insulated my old ductwork in one fell swoop. They did some other things too like cleaning my ac unit. In this case they did make a mistake that was costly. However they owned up to their liability and made it right. In the end I am happy with the company and would recommend their services to anyone I know.

I just had Knights of the Attic come to my home to give me an estimate on cleaning my air duct system. Even though the services we are going to hire them for haven’t been performed yet, I am greatly impressed not only with the organization and customer service of the company, but also with Shane, the technician who came out to perform the evaluation of our system. Shane was personable, very knowledgeable, and explained everything he saw via his observations and AI videos, showing us what needed to be done. If you are looking for a company to provide an estimate and evaluation of your home’s air duct services, I highly recommend Shane and Knights of the Attic. You’ll be glad you did!
