Cleaner Systems. Healthier Air. Better Performance.

Dust, debris and buildup inside the system slow the air, load the equipment and feed dust back into the house. We clean it, and we find out why it was there.

  • Duct cleaning: dust and debris removed from the supply and return ducts
  • Coil and blower wheel cleaning: airflow and heat transfer restored at the equipment
  • Dryer vent cleaning: lint cleared from the whole line to the outside
  • And the return side tested, so the dust doesn’t come straight back

Duct Cleaning

Removes dust, debris and buildup from the supply and return ducts that move air through your home. Ideal after a renovation, for dusty vents and visible debris, or when you want to know what has been circulating.

  • What it doesCleans buildup from the supply and return runs; reduces the contaminants circulating through the home
  • Why it mattersBetter airflow through the system and cleaner air delivery, with less dust collecting on vents and surfaces
  • Checked firstWhere the dust came in. A return leak or an open boot refills a clean duct; see below

Our Cleaning Solutions

Three Places Buildup Hides

From duct cleaning to the equipment and the dryer line, we clean the systems working behind the scenes every day.

Ideal for dusty vents, visible debris, recent renovations

Duct Cleaning

Removes dust, debris and buildup from the ductwork that moves air throughout your home.

  • Cleans buildup from supply and return ducts
  • Reduces contaminants circulating through the home
  • Supports better airflow through the system

Ideal when the system works harder and moves less air

Coil & Blower Wheel Cleaning

The coil and blower wheel do the moving and conditioning. Coated in dust, both lose efficiency.

  • Cleans buildup from the blower wheel and coil
  • Restores proper airflow and heat transfer
  • Reduces strain on the equipment
A clogged dryer vent: lint packed solid in the wall opening behind the dryer

Ideal for slow drying, wasted energy and a fire hazard

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Removes lint and debris from the vent line that exhausts air from your dryer.

  • Clears blockages that restrict the exhaust
  • Helps the dryer vent properly to the exterior
  • Identifies venting issues or restrictions
Cleaned, leak still open. The ducts are clean today. The return leak pulls attic dust in behind the filter on every cycle, and the buildup starts again.

Cleaning Fixes the Symptom

Sealing Fixes the Source.

If the return side leaks, attic dust comes back after any cleaning. So the assessment tests the return side first, and the cleaning is paired with the sealing that keeps it clean.

  • Duct leakage tested, split between supply and return
  • Return leaks, boots and the filter can sealed so air enters only through the filter
  • Failed ducts repaired or replaced, not just cleaned

Backed By

Measured First, and Warranted

The assessment measures airflow at the registers before anything is cleaned, so the plan knows what buildup is costing each room, and every job carries the 20-year labor workmanship warranty. When cleaning is paired with sealing, the sealing work can carry the guarantees you choose.

  • Measured first

    Airflow at every register

The assessment shows what buildup is costing each room before anything is cleaned.

  • Also on every job

    20-year labor workmanship warranty

Separate from the guarantees, which are about the result.

Questions

Cleaning Services, Answered

Will cleaning stop the dust?
Only if the dust is not coming back in. If the return side leaks or a boot is open, attic dust refills the system after any cleaning. The assessment tests the return side first, and cleaning is paired with sealing where it is needed.
When does duct cleaning make sense?
Dusty vents, visible debris, a recent renovation, or wanting to know what has been circulating through the system. Failed runs shedding fibers are replaced rather than cleaned.
Why clean the coil and blower wheel?
They move and condition every bit of air in the house. Coated in dust, the system works harder, moves less air and loses efficiency. Cleaning restores airflow and heat transfer and takes strain off the equipment.
How do I know my dryer vent is clogged?
Drying takes longer or two cycles, the laundry room heats up, lint shows at the outside hood or behind the dryer. A clogged line also wastes energy and is a fire hazard, so it is cleared the whole way to the outside.
Do you clean or service the AC itself?
We clean the coil and blower wheel, which are part of the air path. We do not sell, repair or replace HVAC equipment.

Damien Mendez at Knights of the Attic did an awesome job balancing our cooling system after the attic portion of the work was complete. Listened to us and made adjustments based on our issues/ needs. Thank you!

Every single one of their employees was personable, polite, punctual, and tidy. We had experience with Nick, Antonio, Jovan, Miguel, and Noah. Our house is significantly more comfortable. Our master suite is at the far end of the house and used to be 10 to 15° warmer than the rest of the home. We are sleeping so much better, thanks to Knights of the Attic! Highly recommend!

We have had a hot room upstairs since we moved in over a decade ago. Numerous AC companies told us different things, no solutions. These guys came out and fixed the airflow, sealed it up and everything is great now. I wish I called sooner honestly.
