Why are there no fixed tiers or bundles?
A bundle adds things your home may not need and leaves out things it does. Your concern decides where we focus our efforts, the findings decide which corrections go in, and your targets decide the guarantees. Every package is custom, customized to your home.
How is a package priced?
From your home’s measurements: how many runs need protecting, replacing or modifying, the attic area and insulation depth, the returns, and the targets you pick. You see the findings, the photos and the price before you decide, with your questions answered.
Is Insulated Duct Armor™ in every package?
It is our highest recommendation, because sealing and insulating the ducts you already have fixes the most common cause we find. It goes in when the findings call for it, and we say so when they don’t.
Do I have to take all four guarantees?
No. You choose which guarantees go into your package and how big each target is: Comfort for the rooms you name or the whole home, Energy Savings sized to the savings you want, Set-Point Holdfast at the outdoor temperature you pick.
