Use of Dialpad for Phone Calls
We use Dialpad as our primary office phone and communication platform. Through Dialpad, we process and store information such as:

- We may also collect caller engagement data used to improve customer support and service workflows.
Purpose of Data Processing

- If call recording or AI‑powered transcription features are enabled, Dialpad can automatically redact sensitive numeric PII (e.g. credit card numbers or SSNs) in real time, via its PII redaction feature. - Administrators control recording settings and may configure prompts to inform callers when a call is recorded in Dialpad.
User Rights and Controls
