20-Year Labor Workmanship Limited Warranty
Scope of Coverage:
We warrant to you that all installation work provided on your project shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, by workers who are appropriately trained and experienced in the work being performed, and in accordance with all requirements of the contract documents, industry standards, and applicable codes and regulations in effect as of the date of installation.
Duration:
This Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of installation.
Remedy:
We will repair or replace, at no cost to you, any component or installation deemed to be defective due to workmanship within the warranty period.
Claim Process:
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty:
- Contact us within thirty (30) days of discovering a defect.
- Provide proof of purchase and installation, including the original invoice and any relevant documentation.
- Allow our representative to inspect the installation work and confirm the defect.
Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Manufacturer defects in materials or equipment.
Warranty Transfer:
This Limited Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of your home if your home is sold during the Limited Warranty period. To transfer this Limited Warranty, the new owner must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the transfer of ownership, providing proof of the sale and the new owner’s contact information.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any component or installation deemed to be defective due to workmanship. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the installation work.
Governing Law:
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the installation work was performed.
