First off, Hats off to my girlfriend for noticing the billboard for KOTA. No. We don’t sell or replace HVAC equipment, so we have no reason to tell you that you need a new unit. We diagnose and fix the delivery system: ductwork, airflow, insulation, and air sealing. If you need a new unit we work closely with professional HVAC contractors who can deliver.

Because a standard service call checks the equipment, not the delivery system it pushes air into. The unit can be producing exactly what it should while duct leakage, attic heat gain, restricted runs, or return-air problems lose the cooling before it reaches your rooms. That gap between what’s produced and what’s delivered is exactly what our assessment measures.
Usually not, if delivery is the cause. A bigger unit pushes more air into the same leaking, heat-soaked, or restricted duct system — you pay more to lose more. The heat-load evaluation in our assessment answers the sizing question with numbers: if the delivery system is losing the cooling, fixing it is the step that changes what you feel.
